Our Christmas Lunch was a multiple celebration of our year end, our ten-year anniversary, our cheque presentation and Prof. Bob Owen’s 90th birthday! People say it was the best yet - read the full story in our January UpDate.

This was the third of five New Years Day dips they and their brave (?) friends did on behalf of the Friends and Noble’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit. Dad Chris ‘Watty’ Watterson of Patrick spent time in the LHCH this summer and the family used the ROH facilities. So far they have raised some £3000, so really well done to them and a BIG THANK YOU from us!
